Adult Membership (Ages 13 and Older)
$57 per month + $199 lifetime activation fee
Designed for adult patients without periodontal disease, this plan includes:
- Two preventive care visits per year
- Two doctor evaluations annually
- Routine dental X-rays as needed
- One emergency exam per year, if required
- Two fluoride applications
- 15% savings on most additional dental treatments*
The one-time $199 activation fee includes your first month, and members save at least $123.22 annually compared to standard fees.
Perio Membership (For Periodontal Maintenance Patients)
$107 per month + $199 lifetime activation fee
This plan is intended for patients actively managing periodontal (gum) disease and includes:
- Four supportive periodontal therapy visits per year
- Two doctor evaluations
- Routine dental X-rays as needed
- One emergency exam per year, if required
- Four fluoride applications
- 15% savings on most additional dental treatments*
Members in this plan save at least $169.75 per year, with the activation fee covering the first month.
Child Membership (Ages 12 and Under)
$42 per month + $149 lifetime activation fee
Our child membership supports healthy smiles during crucial developmental years and includes:

Since the beginning of her dental career, her focus has been on educating patients and giving back to the community. She now practices at Barsanti Dental Group, which was set up by her father-in-law, Dr. Ronald Barsanti, in 1968. Dr. Barsanti is a member of associations like the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, California Dental Association, and Arcata Chamber of Commerce. She has received special recognition in public health dentistry, periodontics, implants, orofacial pain, removable prosthodontics, operative dentistry, and oral and maxillofacial pathology.
